At HEALER AID, we deeply value the trust and support of our donors. Once a donation is made, it is utilized immediately for charitable purposes. Therefore, all donations are final and non-refundable.

  • No Cancellation or Refund: Donations made via our online platform are final and non-reversible.
  • Immediate Utilization: Funds are deployed immediately to projects focused on community upliftment and social welfare.
  • In-Kind Donations: For goods or services, please contact us beforehand at admin@healeraid.in.
  • Donation Error: If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 24 hours. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review each case individually.
